Usage:

The 'snowman' spell is a novel elemental summoning spell, and
because it's nearly as difficult to use as the higher level summons
and produces a nearly useless minion, it is rarely taught.  Very few
teachers or schools know or teach the spell for this reason.

The spell creates a small snowman and summons a minor ice elemental
to inhabit the body.  The elemental and body are both quite weak, and
the spell is easy to disrupt.
