Usage:
cast shower sparks <target>

The lowest level spell in the elemental fire spell group, 'shower of  
sparks' is used primarily as a distraction spell to allow low level
mages to escape from things they would rather not be fighting.  While
it does do damage, the occasional temporary blindness and distraction
factor is considered more useful once more powerful fire spells are
learned.

When cast on self, a harmless fountain of sparks similar to ground based
fireworks is produced.  Children love it.
