This spell is used to temporarily control undead that you did not create.
Control of undead you did not create is generally not pleasant for the
controlling caster - the controlled undead require constant attention
and mana to keep subdued.

High level undead can have very high requirements and may only be
controllable for short periods of time.  Cast level equipment can help
reduce this cost.

Note that undead created with the 'raise undead' spell are bound to you
when they are created and do not require mana to maintain.

Controlled undead require a lot of control, 1 point per primary level.
