A queue is a holding pen where things go in one end and out the other.  You
may hear a god saying that something has been 'put in the queue', which
means that there are other things that need to be done first and we'll get
around to whatever it was later.

Dentin in particular has a lot in his 'queue of things to do', so it may take
a long time for your request to ripple upward and get done.  Kinda like when
you stand in line at the checkout counter in a supermarket.
