Usage:

Certain shopkeepers offer services for objects. You can see if a shopkeeper
has services with the 'list service' command.

Some smiths offer services to improve the damage of weapons and ammo for a
fee. Smiths can only improve weapons a limited number of times, and will
refuse to improve objects that are JUNK in quality.

Some jewelers can cut raw lapidary materials into gemstones. The cost depends
on the difficulty of working the stone. If you know the lapidary skill, you
can mount these gemstones onto crafted jewelry and certain other crafted items.
If you do not know lapidary, jewelers can mount a gemstone for you for a small
amount of gold.

You can see how much it will cost to service an item by adding 'estimate'
after the service type, for example: 'buy service <object> <service> estimate'.
