Format:
socials
<social name> [target]
@<social name> [target]

The social command will show you all the socials that are in the social list.
To see all the socials starting with an 's', use the command 'social s'.  All
socials that match the second argument will be displayed.

To use a social, just type the social name and the target name, if any.

Some socials conflict with other commands in the parser. To override the
parser an force it to use a social, add '@' in front of the keyword.

Some socials may provoke reactions from mobs, causing them to become annoyed
with you. A mob that is annoyed with you will refuse to interact with you.
Given time, the annoyance fades.
