Necromancer Spectral Rot:

These spells invoke a strange combination of spectral powers and decay
which are somehow connected to the 'coldfire' spell and 'tarrant's
spectral hand'.  All that is known is that the powers are linked and
not native to this plane, but are easily accessible with proper training.

Since they assault the spirit as well as the body, spectral rot spells
often cause feelings of unease to the targets, resulting in lowered
morale.
