Syntax:
level remove <class> -f

Unleveling is an extremely high level option used to recover fame
for use in leveling other classes.  This allows high level players
to change classes without necessarily increasing how much fame they
use.  You can only unlevel above a certain level, and any spells or
skills learned at that level are removed.

When you unlevel a class with microlevels, the microlevels are set to 0.

When you unlevel a class with 0 microlevels, the level is decreased by 1.

There is no refund of experience, and you lose all gains for that level,
including learned spells and skills.
