Usage:
roar
roar <opponent>

Roar attempts to frighten enemies into fleeing. It is typically used for
crowd control when facing multiple opponents.

Not specifying an opponent will roar will target every enemy in the room.
This skill is heavily dependent on the user's charisma, and is more effective
if focused on a single opponent.
