Syntax:
waypoint check      - show how fast waypoints will time out
waypoint check weak - list waypoints that will time out soon
waypoint check all  - list the strength of all your waypoints
                      (Can only be used if you know waypoint lore)

The waypoint check command relates to the rate at which your waypoints
will time out. Each waypoint is displayed with a category. The weaker
the catergory, the more likely they are to time out. You can increase
the strength of a waypoint by using it more often.

The categories are (in descending order):

 very strong
 strong
 medium
 weak
 very weak

The rate at which your waypoints time out depends on the number you have
and your primary level. If the number of waypoints you have is equal to
or fewer than your primary level, then they will not time out.

If you have more waypoints than your primary level, then they will slowly
decrease in strength. The more waypoints you have above this limit, the
more quickly they decay.
