Format:
talk <character>
talk <character> message

The talk command is used to strike up a conversation with a character in the
game (other than another player.)  Most characters will have little to say, but
some will have more to say than others.  It is a good idea to talk to most
of the intelligent creatures you meet.

For talking to other players, most people use the 'say' or 'tell' commands,
but talk will work if you include a message after the player name.
