Keywords are:  'boards tofrom fromto'

The following special keywords are allowed in the 'To:' field of a
board message, in addition to player names.  These keywords allow you
to specify groups of people as well as various kinds of admin and
builders.

all, anyone              - anyone can read the message
clan <clan name>         - any member of the given clan
elders <clan name>       - any elder of the given clan
followers <godname>      - any follower of the given god
gods                     - any builder or admin
builders                 - any builder or admin level 103 or higher
wbuilders, worldbuilders - any builder or admin level 107 or higher
admin                    - any admin level 108 or higher
