The autosize command toggles between several size display settings.
Knowing the size of things can be useful, and gives some people a
better feel for where they are and what they are looking at.

The three currently available settings are:
Off - no size information.
Numerical - the size appears as a number in front of ground strings.
Extended ground - the size appears as a phrase below each ground string.
