Usage:
summon demon [soulstone] bind [undead]

In the ritual of demonic binding, a necromancer invites a demon to
take possession of one of their created undead minions, in exchange
for a purple or better soulstone. This process gives demons that
have the inclination an outlet to wreak havoc on mortals within the
strictures of the Unified Accords. The more powerful the soulstone
used, the greater benefits the undead receives.

Only purposefully raised undead can be bound in this fashion, as it
requires extraordinary control on the part of summoner to facilitate
the binding. Specifically:

Zombies transform into wights.
Ghouls transform into  ghasts.
Mummies transform into revenants.

Vampires make unsuitable hosts for demons.

Once bonded, the undead creature gains the following:

- Increased resistance to fire (or reduced vulnerability to it)
- Protection against good creatures
- Faster attack speed
- Increased constitution, strength and dexterity
- Evil alignment

After the binding is complete, the undead creature is effectively
a demon, and can be affected by spells that protect and harm
demons such as 'censure demon'.

Grafts interfer with the ability of a demon to bind with an undead
minion, but you can add grafts after the binding is completed.
