Format:
channel <command> [args]
%<command> [args]

To see a list of channels, try 'channel list'.  You can talk on those
channels by using the channel name, for example 'newbie hello' or
'gossip hi'.  To turn off a channel, use the channel name.

The 'channel' '%' command allows you do perform various channel
operations, including creating new channels, and changing settings on
any channels you might own.  See 'channel help' for a list.

If you just want to get on and use channels, you can usually use the
'channel list' command to get a list of channels.  You can then
use the channel name to send to the channel.
