Usage:
charge <target>

The charge skill is a mid level skill used by warriors to start combat,
or to attack alternate targets when in melee combat.

You may charge at a target to start combat, or you may charge at
targets that you are not directly attacking, but your current target
will be too close for a charge to work effectively.

A successful charge may also knock an opponent to the ground, similar
to the 'bash' skill. Even if you fail to knock down an enemy, you
may overbear them enough to leave them temporarily unbalanced.
