Usage:
cast detect evil

The 'detect evil' spell shows different auras around evil entities and
items.  Truly evil creatures will be seen surrounded by an evil black aura,
while less evil creatures may simply be tinged in red or have a stronger red
aura.  Evil items may also be affected.
