Usage:
enchant <object> disenchant <soulstone> <effectnumber>

The 'disenchant' ritual allows a necromancer to strip particular
enchantments from items.  This ritual is similar to the 'lighteater'
ritual, in that a high level white soulstone is used to burn the
desired enchantment out.

Some items may be too heavily enchanted to be disenchanted, and some
enchantments may be too integral to the item to be removed.  Gold is
required in addition to the soulstone.

This enchantment is permanent.
