Usage:

This dark spell serves only as a vengeance/scorched earth weapon.
Should the caster perish, so will everyone around him.

When cast, the spell settles deep into the blood of the caster and
remains there for quite some time.  Should the caster die, the spell
triggers and creates a dark mist which chokes to death most living
creatures it touches.
