Usage:
moulinet <target>

A moulinet is a technique used with bladed weapons to inflict long, shallow
cuts. The warrior rotates his wrist (or wrists if using a two-handed weapon)
to generate speed and power while keeping the rest of his body still. Moulinet
means 'windmill' in an obscure human dialect.

Such a cut does not do much damage, but it may cause living creatures to
bleed uncontrollably for a short time. Creatures that are already badly
wounded don't tend bleed much due to blood loss already incurred.
