Alter Aeon has a custom game client called the 'dclient', and there is
special in-game support for the various features supported by the
client.  Some of the things the client supports are:

- inline graphical automap
- graphical hp bars for you, your group, and your enemies
- popup windows updated in real time, for example stats and equipment

- url clicking and direct AA web links
