Usage:
harvest teeth <corpse>       - uses the 'harvest teeth' skill
harvest spcomp <corpse>      - uses the 'corpsecutter' skill
harvest blood <corpse>       - uses the 'blood bottling' skill
harvest venom <corpse>       - uses the 'harvest venom' skill
harvest bone <corpse>        - uses the 'harvest bone' skill
harvest all <corpse>

The harvest command is used for 'harvest teeth', 'corpsecutter',
and 'blood bottling'.

You can use 'harvest all' to harvest spell components and start harvesting
teeth at the same time.  Blood bottling has gold costs, and harvesting venom
carries the risk of poisoning yourself, so you must start them separately.
