Syntax:
group rate <good/bad/average>

You can use this command to rate the group you are currently in.  These
ratings will help other players discover good leaders and groups, and help
them stay away from bad or dangerous groups.

See 'group rate' for a list of all the possible ratings you can give your
group.  Please be honest.
