Syntax:
bank balance
bank deposit <amount>
bank withdraw <amount>

When you are inside a bank, you can use the 'bank' command to manipulate
or show your balance.  Note that amounts over 1 million on a character are
taxed at a rate of approximately 1% per week.  No interest is given on
banked gold.

You can deposit all of your carried gold with 'bank deposit all -force'.

You can withdraw all of your deposited gold with 'bank withdraw all -force'.

If you want to use the bank from anywhere in the game, you can buy private
bank time using the 'credit buy bank' command.
