Usage:
brew relabel <potion> <spell>

Bottled potions with more than one spell on them can be relabeled after one
of the secondary spells.

For example, 'a sparkling green potion of enhancement' that has the
enhancement spell first and the sanctuary spell second can be relabeled to
'a sparkling green potion of sanctuary' the following way:

brew relabel sparkling sanctuary

A spell must be present on the potion for it to be relabeled, and the potion
cannot be labeled as the spell it is already named after.
