Avatars are players who have been granted special powers to help take
care of unexpected problems.  Avatars can:

- temporarily remove socials from a player
- temporarily remove the ability to yell from a player
- temporarily silence a character
- undo all of the above

- see when other avatars use avatar powers
- see when moderators moderate channels
- see and find other avatars
- see and find moderators
- pull up basic information to help new players

That's pretty much it.  Players with avatar powers will generally only
use them if there is a really big problem, and there are no gods
available to handle it.

Every time an avatar uses avatar powers, it notifies all gods, all other
avatars, and all of the moderators currently on the game.  Avatars that
misuse their power won't have it long.

Dentin is the only one who can create new avatars.
