Commands available to avatars are:

- nosocial
- noyell
- silence
- who avatar
- who moderator
- replay avatar
- whereis

The nosocial, noyell, and silence commands are all timered, and the
effects wear off after a period of time.  This is to prevent a mistaken
avatar action from permanently affecting a player.

Avatar powers are to be invoked only in extreme circumstances, when a god
does not appear to be available.  They are typically used to deal with
spammers and annoyance characters.

Because of their rarity and severity, all uses of avatar powers are
audited and checked personally by Dentin for misuse.
