To use a channel, you must first turn it on.  You do this by typing the
channel name out with nothing else on the line.  For example, you could
type 'bovine' to turn on channel 'bovine'.

After the channel is on, just use the channel name followed by a message
you would like to send. For example:

    bovine hi guys!

You can also use the channel name to toggle the channel on or off.

Some channels can't be used like this because they conflict with a
command or social.  To get around that, you can use these other formats:

    channel send <channel name> <message>
    %send <channel name> <message>
    $<channel name> <message>
