Syntax:
drop <item>
drop <number> gold
drop <number> teeth
drop <number> dteeth

The drop command allows you to drop normal items, but you can also drop
gold and necromancer teeth.  If you drop gold, it will create a small
pile of gold on the ground.

If you drop necromancer teeth the teeth will explode and vanish.  This
is because prepared teeth must be actively controlled to remain intact.
