An 'autogroup' area effectively has no group size limits.  Foes can grow
stronger and continue to present a challenge as more players beyond any
recommended minimum are added, and they will likewise weaken if the
group size shrinks.  The recommended group size of such an area
represents the bare minimum of players needed to defeat the enemies
therein.

The 'autolevel' setting takes this a step further in that it not only
allows NPCs to adapt to group size, it takes the level of players into
account.  This means that enemies can be an appropriate challenge for
players who are higher level than the area's recommended levels.  The
difficulty of door locks and traps can also scale within an autolevel
area.

The autogroup feature is designed to permit flexibility in high level
groups, so autogroup areas are typically high level.  Autolevel areas
are rare and are usually very special zones, such as those designed
for events.
