Bleeding is a condition that causes living creatures to lose health over
a period of time. Multiple bleeding effects can stack, but they reduce
in intensity as they continue and eventually stop on their own. Certain
skills and spells can cause bleeding, such as bloodletting stab, inflict
suffering and frag grenades.

Opponents that are bleeding are more easily poisoned by toxic attacks.
Necromancer raised vampires will heal when attacking bleeding opponents,
as long as they are not badly poisoned. Bleeding opponents are somewhat
easier to unbalance, and high constitution doesn't help them resist
being stunned.

The most common way to end bleeding is with the cleric 'heal' spell. The
necromancer spell 'bloodbond' has a chance to stop bleeding.
A few other abilities can affect bleeding, but they are not as
effective as these two. Saving normal can help prevent bleeding.
