Usage:
enchant <object> alignment <flags>

The 'bind alignment' skill allows a high level cleric to add alignment
flags to an enchanted object.  Flags that may be added are ANTI_EVIL,
ANTI_GOOD, ANTI_NEUTRAL, GOOD, and EVIL.  Note that adding one flag
may limit your ability to add others, for example GOOD and ANTI_GOOD.

This enchantment is permanent, and has a gold cost.

WARNING - you must be heavily aligned to cast this enchantment, and you
will lose between 100 and 200 alignment when you bind it to the item.
