'Color spray' is a mid to low level illusion spell.  It attempts to blind
and damage the target with an intense blast of colored light.

As the damage for this spell comes from light and heat, creatures composed of
fire are not harmed by it, though they can still be blinded. The sundrinker
spell helps mitigate damage from it as well.
