Usage:
cast inflict suffering <target>

The 'inflict suffering' spell uses divine power to inflict injuries to
the bodies of opponents. It does modest damage, but it completely
ignores armor and almost all magical and physical defenses. This spell
is close range - you must be willing to engage in melee combat to cast
it and cannot have nomelee on.

In addition to more grevious injuries than inflict wounds, this spell
rips and tears into the enemy. It causes horrible blistering wounds to
living creatures that can reopen even if the target is completely healed.
In addition, if the caster is wielding a whip or a flail, the pain can
leave the target dazed or even stunned.

Both the 'afflict' curse and the 'death and decay' spell increase the
potency of this spell.
