Usage:
cast charm person <target>

'Charm person' is a spell that allows you to control and 'order' humanoids
around.  As long as that character remains charmed, it will perform (to the
best of its abilities) as ordered.

In general, only characters significantly lower level than the caster can
be charmed.  Only low level characters will remain under the influence of the
spell for long.

The effectiveness of the spell is dependent on the level of the caster, the
level of the target, charisma, and saving throws.
