Usage:
cast vision <target>

The 'vision' spell restores temporary vision loss from dust, chemical
attacks or bright lights. A successful vision spell will protect the
target from being blinded for a short duration afterwards.

The lingering effects do not protect from eyebite.

This spell will also reduce the duration of the 'eyebite' curse, and
costs less mana 'lift curse'.
