Usage:
cast jinx <target>

The 'jinx' spell is a rare curse that affects the target in small, subtle ways
that often have little hinderance on their combat performance. It has been
credited with everything from causing business deals to fall through to the
mangling of crafting projects to bizarre, deadly accidents.

Jinx is regarded as being far more useful for bluffs, pranks and sabotage than
for defeating opponents in battle. Thus only a handful of clerics devoted to
mischievious deities such as Vember, Shift or Coolbeans are known to teach it.
