Usage:
palm <object>
palm <object> <container>

The palm skill is a sleight of hand skill used to swipe stuff when nobody is
looking.  It can be used to quietly get things from the ground, or from
containers on the ground.  The chance of being seen is related to how well
you know the skill, as well as the thief levels of whoever happens to be
looking.  As this is a thief skill, experienced thieves are more likely
to notice a fellow thief palming something.

Note that it is more difficult to palm something from a container than it is
to just lift something out of plain view.
