Usage:
case <target>

This skill is used by thieves to ascertain how much money and what items a
potential target might be carrying on their person, and also how difficult
it would be to pickpocket, steal or shoplift from the target. Case can also
give you an idea of how distracted or alert the target is.

Most untrained people can see obvious items, but the case skill helps notice
smaller items that might be partially hidden or carried in unobvious locations.
