Usage:
intimidate
intimidate <opponent>

Intimidate demoralizes enemies, slowing their attacks and response time.

Not specifying an opponent will attempt to intimidate your opponent in
melee or everyone in the room if not in combat. You can intimidate
everyone in the room while engaged in melee by specifying 'all' This
skill is heavily dependent on the user's charisma, and is more effective
if focused on a single opponent.
