Usage:
cast ironblood

This spell infuses the target's blood and allows a slow exchange of
health (hitpoints) for stamina (movement).  When the target begins
to become exhausted, life is slowly drained to replenish movement.
If the target is too weak the spell becomes inactive but does not
expire.

This spell cannot be dispelled once cast, but it does not last very
long either.
