The 'mend bones' spell can be used to repair skeletal minions. A dragon tooth
is subsumed, and its magic is pushed outward to all your skeletal minions
at once. While expensive compared to 'consume', in the middle of combat
it may be the only option.

If you run out of dragon teeth, the spell will use other teeth as a
substitute, but it will use two instead of one.
