To walk or move anywhere, simply type the direction.  'north', 'south',
'east', 'west', 'up' and 'down' all go in their logical directions.  For
example, to go north you simply type:

north

Each direction command will move you one unit of distance in the desired
direction (assuming you can go that way).  If you cannot move in a given
direction, you will be told that you can't walk that way.

Also, each time you walk somewhere, you use a small amount of your available
'movement', which is a measure of how tired you are.  When you run out of
movement, you will need to rest until you feel less exhausted.

There are two extra moving commands, which have slightly different use:
The 'out' command is used for getting out of a container.
The 'enter' command is used to enter various things, including rooms,
portals, and containers.
