Sometimes, for no apparent reason, the mud will kick everyone off the game
and reboot.  This is usually accompanied by a message saying something like:

               The mud has crashed!  Reboot in progress...

This is called a crash, and it can happen at any time.  Crashes are
usually caused by bugs or programming errors in the program that runs the
mud, but sometimes can be caused by players doing something very terrible.

We work hard to keep the number of crashes small, but we can't get them
all.  If you think you might have caused a crash, please tell only gods -
don't tell your friends.  We'll try to fix it as soon as possible.
