Format:
set room stat

This is a single use routine that will give ownership and alteration rights
of the room you are currently in.  The clan (if any) that owns the room will
be shown as well as the access string granting exclusive alteration rights.

This command will show you the short and long descriptions  of a room, along
with room vnum, extra descriptions, exits, and other crap.  You may only use
this command inside a room you own or have access to.
