While we all try to be peaceful human beings in real life, there is much more
violence and fighting in the world of Alter Aeon.  Dragons must be slain,
undead banished, and evil creatures defeated in the course of the game.  Not
all characters need to fight to advance, but it is always a good idea for
your character to be prepared to defend itself.

You can start fighting with one of many commands or offensive actions, but
the most common is the 'kill' command.
