While all mammals produce milk, only special domesticated breeds that are
used to being handled can be milked. Milking is simple enough that anyone
exercising sufficient care can collect it from a willing animal. Being
skilled at 'bottling' or possessed of 'animal magnetism' may help

Common dairy animals are cattle, goats and sheep. Some tribes on the fringes
of civilization may also milk yaks, camels, horses, donkeys and even deer. You
