Format:
rehash
rehash <character name>           (immortals only)

This command is now obsolete and has no effect.

The rehash command will move a character to the top of the global search
list, to allow for easier communication with others.  Suppose you are named
'druid' and other druids have repopped in the world, making you 3.druid.
After rehash, you will once again be 1.druid, and there will be no need for
others to prefix your name with a :.
