1) The firbolgs will not tolerate evildoers in thier realm.
2) The hill giants can be very dangerous.  Because they are so stupid, they
   don't know enough magic to see invisible though.
3) Quicklings and Nurglings are interesting for levels 15-25.
4) The green dragon should be avoided by those lower than level 20.
