Title: a book titled, "Excerpts From the Unified Accords"

The pages of this dense tome contain major excerpts from the Grand Unified
Accords, the treaty that defines conduct between mortals, gods and demons.
It contains significant portions of text from the Accords, with nearly
triple that amount in commentary. The jargon is dense legalese, for
example:

"Section XI: Exports of Commodities

Where the value of the commodities shipped from one plane to one consignee
on a single exporting conveyance, classified under an Estimated Soul Value
of pale blue or less. This exemption applies to individual ESVs regardless
of the total shipment value. In instances where a shipment contains a
mixture of individual ESV of pale blue or less and individual EVA of deep
blue or greater, only those ESVs valued over pale blue are required to be
reported. If the filer reports multiple items of the same ESV, this
exemption only applies if the total value of exports for the ESV is pale
blue or less. Items of prime and extraplanar origin must be reported if
their ESV is deep blue or higher. For the reporting of magical goods see
Section XIII, Subsection Kett.

Note: this exemption does not apply to the export of wands, staffs or other
Resuable Magical Goods. The export information for RGMs must be filed
regardless of value or plane of origin."
